I bring the studio to you. For clean, classic headshots, I set up in a conference room, an empty office or any open space with a bit of room, so there's no travel for your team and very little disruption to the workday. Teams change. I'm available for follow-up sessions to photograph new hires, and I can match your original lighting and background so new faces fit right in with the rest of your staff.
I work with the time each person has. If someone only has a couple of minutes, I work quickly. If they'd like to try a few variations, I'm happy to take it slower. I schedule about 20 to 30 minutes per person so no one feels rushed.
Any room with a little privacy and a power outlet. A conference room or private office is ideal, but tell me what you have and I'll make it work. If there's a part of the office you'd like as the background, we can talk about that. Otherwise, I bring the lighting, backdrop and everything else.
Solid colors work best, since busy patterns can distract from faces. Your staff should feel comfortable and look like themselves, while still suiting how your business presents itself. I'm happy to send simple guidance to share with your team.
